| The IF 4000 Range. Launched
at the 2005 International Spring Fair.The handle is made from
cool to the touch melamine(dishwasher proof). The blade is made
from a high carbon stainless steel that is a combination of
carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium - all heat treated
to produce a significant strength and flexibility. There
is a range of sizes available. |

| The Sharpest Range. Launched
at the 2007 International Spring Fair. The secret is that the
knives have been precision ground from Razor Blade Steel. Over
50 million of these blades have been made and sold worldwide.
The carefully styled handles gives a cool contemporary look.
We honestly believe these are the sharpest knives ever and
will refund the customer's purchase price if they do not agree.

The Revival Range. Launched at the 2004 International
Spring Fair, the handle is made from natural polished wood with
a rosewood finish (specially treated to be dishwasher proof).
The full tang blades are secured by 3 solid brass rivets. The
blades are fully hardened and tempered from surgical steel and
carefully ground for excellent edge retention. There

The Sabatier Ranges. The Sabatier Ranges are made

The Ergonomically Designed range of knives is probably
the most exciting development in knife design since the introduction
of injection moulded handles. The handles are uniquely contoured
in three dimensions and nestle comfortably in the palm of either
the right or the left hand. The knife is designed as a singe
entity, the same graceful line extended from the tip of the
blade to the end of the handle. The offset handles actually
makes cutting easier. These knives are revelation to those who
have difficulty gripping and ordinary knife. British design
