The Chantrys are Knife Sharpeners- not knife grinders
and so will not damage the knife. At the heart of the machines are
two small butchers' steels, the same hardness, temper and cut as a
professional steel. The steels are pre-set at the optimum edge angle
and are spring loaded so as not to damage the knife. Just run any
knife blade between the steels four or five times and your knife is
sharpened!

Sheffield Choice Plus Knife
Sharpener
This knife sharpener is designed to complement the Sheffield
Choice Plus range of knives. It features spring loaded rotation
steels housed in a nylon body. It is available in Green and
Black. |

The Microsharpener
This little machine continues with the Chantry theme, having
2 micro steels rotating at the correct angle, allowing the cutting
edge to be sharpened accurately. |
